58 Maughold Jane Durie junior of the town of Ramsey in the Isle of Man being Sick and Weak in body, but of sound mind, memory and understanding did make publish and declare on Friday night the fifteenth of February one thousand seven hundred and eighty eight her last will and testament in manner and form following: that is to say, she left and bequeathed to her honored MOTHER JANE DURIE all her goods and effects both real and personal of what kind, nature or denomination soever. Witnesses: Anne Mylrea, Jane Allen. AT A CONSISTORY COURT holden at Ramsey, March 11th 1788, the executrix is sworn in Court in form of law and hath given pledges for the payment of debts and legacies namely Messr. EDWARD ALLEN of Ramsey and NICHOLAS LLEWELLIN of the parish of Lezayre."
