73      Bride
The joint last will and testament of WILLIAM SAYLE of 
Ballacondyr in the Parish of KK Bride and MARGARET SAYLE 
HIS WIFE who were of sound mind and memory at the making 
and declaring thereof on the 9th day of June 1781.  
First, they committed their souls to God and their bodies 
to Christian burial.  
Item, they left to their three DAUGHTERS namely MARGARET, 
JONEY AND JANE SAYLE sixty pounds each in cash.  
Item, they left all their lands to their DAUGHTER ANNE SAYLE.  
Item, they left six pence legacy to whomsoever would sue 
or claim any right to break this will.  
Lastly, they nominated and appointed their DAUGHTER ANNE 
sole Executrix of all the rest of their goods and effects 
moveable and immoveable whatsoever. 
Witnesses: 
William Camaish, 
William Lace.    

WILLIAM LACE AND WILLIAM THE SIGNED WITNESSES to the 
above written will declare that the above said 
WILLIAM SAYLE left a quarter of his crop to his foresaid 
DAUGHTERS namely MARGARET, JONEY, AND JANE SAYLE to be 
enjoyed by them equally betwixt them at the decease of 
the survivor of the said WILLIAM SAYLE AND MARGARET 
SAYLE HIS WIFE.  
The Testator WILLIAM SAYLE also declared there was a 
legacy of four pounds left by his dear BROTHER PHILIP SAYLE 
to his foresaid DAUGHTER MARGARET and likewise three pounds 
legacy to his said DAUGHTER JONEY which said legacies 
he the Testator WILLIAM SAYLE appointed to be included in 
their foresaid respective legacies of sixty pounds each.  
Witnesses: 
WILLIAM CAMAISH, 
WILLIAM LACE.     

AT A CHAPTER COURT HOLDEN at 
Lezayre, October 24th, 1781
MARGARET SAYLE one of the within Testators having departed 
this life, THOMAS RADCLIFFE HUSBAND of the within named 
EXECUTRIX is sworn in Court in  form of Law and hath given 
pledges for the payment of debts and legacies namely the 
witnesses of the Will.  

WILLIAM SAYLE the surviving Testator has given his consent 
to this Will reserving to himself during his natural life 
the use of his moiety of the effects.      

AT A CHAPTER COURT HOLDEN AT 
LEZAYRE June 17th, 1789
WILLIAM SAYLE the surviving Testator having departed 
this life, THOMAS RADCLIFFE HUSBAND of the EXECUTRIX 
within named is sworn in Court in form of Law and hath 
given pledges for the payment of debts and legacies 
namely John Kneale & Mark Joughin both of KK Bride
