This is affirmed to be the last Will and Testament Of Nicholas Crain of the Booill - renney in the parish Of German, being of a perfect mind, memory And understanding, did make ordain and pesna????? This his Will and Testament in the presence of us the subscribing witnesses and departed this life on or about the 4th day of May 1789 He recommended his soul to God and his Body to Christian Burial He bequeathed to his daughter Margaret Quiggin Widow, the sum of Ten Shillings He bequeathed to his son Nicholaas Crain, The hedge Hammer and Iron Crow his said son has Borrowed from him. He bequeathed to any person or persons Whatsoever that might have a right of claiming To his goods, effects the sum of six pence Each - and his will was that the bed he and his wife slept on was to be for the use Of the survivor of them during such survivors life. Lastly he constituted made and ordained his daughter Jane and her husband Silvester Cottier, whole and sole Executor and Executrix of The Residium of his goods & Effects to the same of what kind or nature whatsoever Publihsed , pronounced and delivered by the said Testator to be his last Will and Testament In presence of Thos. Corkill my X Christaine Kelly, my X Jurati At a Chapter Court holden at the house Of Thomas Quine in the parish of kk Patrick, the 12th day of June 1789 The Extr. Is sworn in Court in form of Law And hath given pledges for the payment Of Debts and Legacies, namely Silvester Callister of German and Sha.. Corkill one of the Witnesses probatum est. John Moore & Ev Christian. Margt. Quiggin achnowledges to have recd. From the Extr. Namely Silverst Cottier, the Legacy of Ten Shillings bequeathed to her in her fathers Will and exonerates, acquits and discharges the said Exer & every other person of the same and every part thereof.
