31 German/Peel 1790 The last will and testament of Richard Ellison of Peeltown who departed this life December 13th 1789. First he committed his soul unto Almighty God that give it and his body to the earth and Christian burial. He bequeathed unto his son John the sum of three pounds. He bequeathed unto his son Richard all whatsoever corn he gave him. He bequeathed the bedstead bed and bedding used on the same where he lay to his daughter in law Mary his son Richardıs wife. He bequeathed unto two of his grandchildren namely Richard and Robert Ellison children of his son Richard ten shillings each. He bequeathed unto his granddaughter Alice daughter of William White the sum of five pounds. He bequeathed unto his son Richard his half of the crop he paying and defraying one half of the funeral charges and the beehives to remain and stand in the garden where they are. Lastly he constituted and appointed his loving daughter Alice White executrix of all the rest of his goods and effects of what kind or nature so ever excluding and debarring all craving person or persons with six pence legacy each.
