Lezayre At a Consistory Court holden at KK Michael on the 29th day of June 1790 Edward Skillicorn of the parish of Lezayre, Bachelor having perish by Sea on the Coast of Bengal on or about the month of August last past Intestate and this Court having received intelligence thereof have Decreed his next of kin namely Jane Skillicorn his Mother and his Brethren namely John, James, Edmond & Robert Skillicorn with John Cottier husband of Ann a Sister of the Intestate joint Administrators of all and singular his Goods Rights Credits Chattels and Effect movable and immovable whatever that are within this Diocese, and the said Jane the mother with the Said John, Edmond and John Cottier only being present in Court, — they are thereupon sworn well and truly to administer the said Estate of their Intestate, to pay all his just debts so far forth as the said Goods and effects will extend and the Law shall bind them, to return a perfect Inventory thereof to the Registry of this Court and to be faithful and just to each other and to their absent Co-administrators in the division of the Residuum of the said Estate — To which Ends they have given pledges in form of Law namely William Joughin and Thomas Killip both of the parish of Lezayre Decretum est Joh: Moore Ev.
