              Bride
   In the name of God Amen.
   I Daniel Castill of the parish of KK Bride being
   old and wake in body but of perfect mind and memmory
   do make this my last will and testament in manner
   and form following.
First I commend my soul to god and my body to
   Christian burial.
Item I leave and bequeath to my eldest sister Margt
   the sum of one pound four shillings and six
   pence as legacy
Item I leave and bequeath to my sister Anne that
   parcell of Intack land which I purchased from
   John Kneale known by the name of the Cley Croft as
   legacy.
Item I leave and bequeath to my sister Mary all
   that land I purchased from John Garret called
   the Reneagen, being Quarterland with that
   parcell of Intack land called the Croft Voar
   which I purchased from John Kneale as legacy.
Item I leave and bequeath to every person or persons that
   will pretend or presume to break or claim any right
   to this my last will and testament six pence legacy
   and to the witneses hereof one shilling and two pence each.
Lastly I do nomminate constitute ordain and appoint my
   sister Mary sole and lawful Executrix of
   all the rest of my goods moveable and unmoveable
   whatsoever In witnessIn witness whereof I have
   caused my name and mark to be hereunto set
   and subscribed this 21st September 1791.

Michael Curphey husband of Mary the
Excrx foresaid is sworn Exor in Court in
