In the name of God Amen, this is affirmed to be the last will and
testament of Elinor Sayle alias Quine of the parish of KK Michael who
being of perfect mind and memory at the makeing hereof -
First - She committed her soul to God and body to Christian burial.
Item:  She left to her granddaughter Isabel Ratcliffe nine guineas with a
suit of bed cloathes and bolsters and a small chest and a new black silk
handkerchief as legacy.
The foresaid sum was to remain in executors hands until she will be at
the age of twenty years.
Item: She left to her daughter Mary all made woollen and linen clothes
with her shall as legacy.
Item:  She left to her daughter Judy all her right of houses and lands in
Glenwillin and in case if her daughter Judy should died without issue
that then her son John Sayle was to enjoy the said concerns.
Item:  she left six pence legacy to any person or persons who may claim any
rite or title to her effects.
Lastly she nominated and appointed her daughter Judy sole executrix of
all the rest of her goods moveable and immoveable of what nature or
kind soever.

At a Consistory Court holden at the house of Thomas Quine in the parish
of KK Patrick on the 31st day of March 1791.
John Caine husband of the executrix within named is sworn executor in court
in form of law and hath given pledges for the payment of debts and legacies
namely the witnesses of this will.  Probatum est
