The last will and testament of Silvester Clark of Peel who being in perfect
mind and memory at the uttering thereof in manner and form following:
First he committed his soul unto Almighty God, his body to the earth and
Christian burial.
Item:  He left and bequeathed unto his son William a crown.
Item:  He left and bequeathed unto his daughter Isabel half a guinea.
Lastly he constituted, nominated, and appointed his loving daughter Cathrine
Clark executrix of all the rest of his goods and effects of what kind soever
with six pence legacy or what ever may be legal to cut off all craving
person or persons according to Lw.

!At a Chapter Court holden at KK Patrick Oct 28th 1791.
The executrix  is sworn in court in form of law and hath given pledges for
the payment of debts and legacies namely Hugh Wall and John Whitham both of
Peeltown         Thomas Cubbon.
