The last Will and Testamt of Patrick Kewley of the parish of Kk Lonon who
Departed this Life on or about the 21st of July 1790 which he declared a
little before his death being then Ill but of a Sound Disposing mind &
memory first commiting his Soul to God and body to Christian Burial
as to his worldly Goods & Effects he left & bequeathed them in this manner
following
He left and bequeathed to his Two Children Namely James & Jane Kewley a
guinea a piece, at the age of Twenty Years
He further left six pence Legacy to any Person or Persons that might Claim
a just Right to his Effects hereafter
And lastly Nomenated & Appointed his loving wife Margt Kewley als Moore
whole & sole executrix of all the Rest of his Goods & Effects movable &
immovable of what kind or Nature soever
And she his sd wife Margt Kewley consented to do the same and to leave her
Cloathes to her sd Daughter in case she would Die before her Husband

At a Chapter Court holden at Douglas on the 29th June 1791 The Exorx is
sworn in Court in form of Law as also Guardian and Supervisor of the
Children under age and hath given pledges for the paymt of Debts & Legacies
namely the Witnesses of this Will
