Onchan This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Anne Cannal alis Kinread maid on the 12 of May and inthe year one thousen seven hundred and ninety two being in perfect mind and mimorey at the makeing hereof first she comited her sould to god and her body to Christian burial and disposed of her wordley goods in manner following Item She left to her son John Killey ten shillings and six pence British Item She left to her son Thomas Killey two pound two shillings British as also her best cloak Item She left to her husbans son Phillip Cannal ten shillings and six pence British Item She left to her sister Ellenor Kewley all her wearing aperil boath lining and woling excepting a blew pettey coat Item she left a shilling legecy to all other persons cleaming any right to aney part of her effects after her decase Lastley She nominated and apointed her loving husban Adam Cannal whole Exceter of all the rest of her goods movable or immovable what so ever. in presence of David Cannal my X } William Looney jur } At a chapter Court holden at Douglas on the 13th day of June 1792 Notwithstanding the will is proved but by one witnessyeat as no objection had been offered thereto the Excr is sworn in Court in form of law and hath given pledges for the payment of debts & legacies namely John Kelly and William Looney the witness both of KK Onchan Probatum est Ev: Christian Wm Clucas
