At a Chapter Court holden at KK
Michael on the 14th day of Nov. 1792.

Charles Cannell of the parish of KK Michael
having departed this life in or about the month
of March last past Intestate, and this court
having received intelligence thereof have Decreed
his children namely Patrick, Philip, Joney and
Mary Cannell Co-administrator of all and
singular his Goods, Chattels and Effects ??
moveable and immoveable whatever. William
another child of the Intestate having been
provided for by marriage Articles. And ??
John Cain husband of the said Joney, and
Thomas Keigg husband of the said Mary,
and also the said Patrick and Philip having 
in Court surrendered their respective interests
in the Administration of the said Goods and
Effects to their mother Christian Cannell the
Widow of the Intestate. She is 
thereupon sworn well and truly to administer
the Estate of the Intestate and to pay all his
just Debts so far forth as his Goods and Effects
will extend and the Law shall bind her. To
which ends she hath given Pledges in form 
of Law Namely William Cannell her son and
John Caine her son in law.
