In the name of God Amen I James Kelly Junr of the Parish of KK Lonnan who
am now weak and Infirm and taking to mind the uncertainties of this
Transitory Life who am of sound Disposing mind memory & understanding as
for avoiding all Disputes after my Decease make Declare and publish this my
Last will and Testament in manner and form following
I leave & bequeath to my father James Kelly a jacket waistcoat and a pair
of Breeches
I Leave and bequeath to my mother Joney Kelly six English shillings a pair
of shoes an Hat and a Handkerchief
Lastly I give and bequeath six pence Legacy to anyone that claims
Lastly I nominate and appoint my Brother William Kelly whole & sole Execr
of all the Rest of my Goods & Chattles of what Kind or nature so ever

At a Chapter Court holden at Douglas June 13, 1792 The Exor is Sworn in
Court in form of Law & hath given Pledges for payment of Debts & Legacies
namely the witnesses of the will
