Lonan At a Chapter Court holden at Douglas on the 22d day of October 1793 Elizabeth Kinley als Skillicorn als Fargher of the parish of KK Lonan having departed this life on or about the 5th day of January last past Intestate and this Court having received intelligence whereof have Decreed her daughter namely Jane Casement Administratrix of all an singyular the goods, chattels and effects movable and immovable what ever. And John Casement husband of the said Jane having in open Court relinquished his right to the administration of the siad estate to Philip Kinley husband of the said Elizabeth. He is thereupon sworn well and truly to administer the estate of his intestate and to pay all her just debts so far forth as her goods and effects will extend and the law shall bind him. To which ends he hath givne pledges in form of law namely Thomas Kelly and James Quayle both of the parish of Lonan. Decretum est Ev. Christian Wm. Clucas I John Casement and Jane Casement als Kinley both of this parish do hereby give up all our right title property and interest in and unto the goods and effects of Eliz: Kinley als Skillicorn als Fargher to which they have written deceased. ^ As witness our names this 21st Octr 1793 Jno.
