Onchan 7 This is affirmed to be the Last Will and Testament of Cathrine Kewley of the psh of Kk Onchan who being indispos’d in body but of a sound disposing mind and memory at the pronouncing thereof the 16th day of January 1793. First she committed her soul to God and her body to Christian burial and with respect to such goods as she was possessed off she dispos’d of the same as followeth that is to say. Item She left and bequeathed to her son Edwd Kewley who is of the Island the sum of one shilling if in case he would come for it otherewise to be the Executrix. Item She left and bequeathed to her son Wm Kewley who is of the Island the sum of one shilling if in case he would come for it otherwise to be the Executrix. Item She left and bequeathed to her son Philip Kewley the sum of four shillings. Item She left and bequeathed to her Daughter Cathrine Kewley all her sheep a Quilt a Blanket a Bolster [& ] a bedstead her own spinning wheel and five shillings that was left to her son Edwd Kewley by his Father. She ordered her Executrix to pay the sd five shillings to her sd daughter Cathrine Kewley in case her son Edwd Kewley do not come for it. Lastly She left the residue and remainder of her effects moveable and immoveable of what nature or denomination soever to her daughter Jane. And nominated constituted ordained and appoint the aforesd Jane Kewley whole and sole Executrix of her last Will and Testament.
