Know all men by these presents that I
John Lawson for the love of my wife Bahee
Lawson alias Sayle I do hereby settle on my said
wife, after my Decease all for the love I bear unto her
my foresaid wife all my Goods & Effects moveable &
imoveable whatsoever, And I the foresaid Bahee
Lawson alias Sayle do hereby for the love which
my husband bear, unto  me, do hereby settle on him
the foresaid John Lawson if he will be the longer
liver, all my goods & effect moveable & immoveable
of whatsoever denomination as Witness our names
and mark hereunto this 17th of March 1794.

1794
The within written settlement having been lawfully
proved before the High Bailiff the same is acceptd
as the last will & testament of John Lawson the
Donor & Bahee Lawson the survivor is .. 
sworn in Court in orm of Law & hath given
Pledges for the paymt of debts namely John
Kneen & Wm Cashen both of KK Andreas.
          Acceptum est
