I James Kewley late of Ballachroink
of KK Braddan but now of the town of Doug
las being Weak and infirm in Bodily health
but of A sound mind and Memory do make
this my Last Will and Testament in man
ner following –

First I bequeath my soul to God and
my Body to Christian Burial to be interred at
the discretion of my Executrix hereafter
mentioned.

Secondly I leave and bequeath to my Eldest
Son Robert Kewley the sum of one
shilling.
I Leave and bequeath to my Son William
Kewley the sum of two shilling and six
pence.
I Leave unto my Son Thos. Kewley the
sum of two shilling and six pence.
I Leave unto my Son Danl. Kewley the
sum of two shillg. and six pence.
I Leave unto my Son James Kewley the
sum of two shillg. and six pence.
I Leave unto my Son Pattk. Kewley the
sum of two shillg. and six pence.
I Leave unto my Son Phillip Kewley the
sum of two shillg. and six pence.
I Leave unto my Daughter Elizabeth
Kewley als. Cain the sum of two shillg.
and sixpence.

Lastly I Constitute and Appoint Katherine
Kewley als. Creer my wife to be whole
and sole Executrix of all my goods and
effects movable and immovable of what
kind soever and this I publish to be my Last
Will and Testament Witness my Name
this 10th of Decr. 1793

At a Court holden in the Parish
of KK Patrick on the 19th day of
April 1794
The Exorx. is sworn in Court in form
of Law and also to be Guardian and
Supervisor of the Testators children who are
under age and hath given Pledges for the
Payment of Debts and Legacies namely
the said John Kelly and John Caine the
Witnesses to the Will.
