The last Will & Testament of Philip Creer of the parish
of Marown which he, being of sound mind & memory
[verbally] pronounced & declared in the presence of us the
subscribing Witnesses on the twenty seventh day of
February last past in the year of our Lord 1794.
After having in the first instance committed his soul
to God and his Body to Christian Burial, he then
disposed of his worldly affairs as follows - 

He left & bequeathed his moiety or whole right of the land
to his son William after his wife's decease, and he ?? said
then to pay Ten Pounds equally betwixt his four sis
ters (now not married) at possessing the said land.
He left Two Guineas to his son John at his wife's death
and eighteen pence apiece to his other children.
He left all the rest of his effects real & personal
to his wife.  And lastly, he nominated & appoint
ed Catherine Creer his wife whole & sole Execx. Of
this his last Will & Testament hereby evoking
all other or former Wills or Intentions by him heretofore
made, and this we the said witnesses affirm to be
the last Will of the said Philip Creer as witness our
names & mark the day & date before written -

The Exorx is sworn in court in form of Law &
hath given Pledges for the payment of Debts and
Legacies namely the witnesses of the Will
