Malew The Last Will and Testament of William Creer of Ballasalla who departed this life about the 4th May 1795 and who also was sound and perfect in mind and Memory at the making hereof First He committed his Soul to Almighty God and his Body to Christian Burial Secdly He left and bequeathed to his seven Children each one of them severally and respectively the legacy or legacies allowed to them by Law And to his loving and affectionate wife Ann Creer he left and bequeathed all the rest of his Worldly Goods and Effects movable and Immovable whatsoever and in case that she should be disposed to marry again that then and in that case he only left and bequeathed to her no more than the yearly rent of half of the dwelling house during her natural life and the yearly rent of the other half of sd house to his Children and Excluded all Cravers with sixpence a piece as Legacy Robert Quayle ] George Shimmin my mark x ] Jurati At a Chapter Court holden at Castletown on the 14th Oct 1795 Wm Clucas The Exorx is sworn in Court in form of Law as also Guardian & Supervisor of the Children underage and hath given Pledges for the paymt of Debts and Legacies namely the witnesses of this Will.
