The last will and testament of Patt: Lace Senior of Peeltown being but
weak in body but of sound mind memory and understanding at the making hereof
this 28 day of Sep 1793.
First he committed his soul to God and his body to a Christian burial.
Secondly He left and bequeathed unto his three sons Patt, James and Joseph
Lace two guineas each.
Thirdly He left and bequeathed unto Isabel Shimin his grand daughter and
Charles son of his grandson Pady three lambs each and in case he should die
before a year old to have and other three lambs each.
Fourthly He nominated constituted and appointed his son in law John
Shimin to be whole and sole executor of all the rest and remainder of his
goods rights credits chattels and effects moveable and immovable be
they of what kind or nature soever paying the witnesses of his will one
shilling each

At a Chapter Court holden at KK Patrick June 18th 1795.  
The executor is sworn in court in form of law and hath 
given pledges for the payment of
debts and legacies namely the witnesses of the will.
