The last Will and Testamt of Jams Kelly of Ballgean in the parish of KK
Lonon which he declared before us a little before his death — being then
sick but of a sound disposing mind and Memory.
He first commited his Soul to God and his Body to Christian Burial    as to
his worldly goods & Effects he left & bequeathed them in this manner following
He left and Bequeathed to his Eldest Son Jams Kelly five Britt: shillings
Item He left and Bequeathed to his son Thos Nine pounds
Item He left and Bequeathed to his son John Seven pounds
Item He left and bequeathed to his Daughter Jane Twenty Guineas the Bed &
bedding she sleeps on and a Calf
Item he left and bequeathed Twenty shillings to the poor of the parish
And lastly he Nominated and appointed his loving wife Elinor Kelly whole
and Sole Executrix of all the rest of his Goods and chattels moveable and
immovable of what kind or Nature Soever

The Exrx is sworn in Court in Form of Law as also to return a perfect
Inventory of sd Testators Effects and hath given Pledges for the Payment of
Debts and Legacies namely Philip Hendrick one of the Witnesses and John
Christian of KK Mangold. The extr is likewise sworn Guardian of the
Intestates Children who are under Age
