JOUGHEN, Margaret 1796 Bri A 60 0106232 The Last Will and Testament of Margaret Joughin of KK Bride made and declared on the 14th day of March 1789 being of perfect mind and memory at the making therof when the same was committed to writing. First she committed her sole to God and Her body to Christian Burial Item she left to her Daughter Mary Kneen alias Joughin wife of John Kneen of Ramsey her part or right to the money secured by Mortgage on the House of [Wm.] Joughin of Ramsey deceased with a Sheet & Blanket Itm she left her Grand Daughter Marg't daughter of her son Wm. Joughin a Feather Bed with its Clothes & Bolster Itm she left her big chest to her grand-son Wm. Joughin Itm she left a sheep & a lamb to her grand-son Charles Joughin - Lastly she nominated & appointed her s'd son Wm. Joughin sole Exec'r of all the rest of her goods of what kind nature, or Denomination soever. Witnesses Philip Wade } Wm. Joughin X }Jurati At a Court holden in the parish of KK Bride 15th April 1796 The Exor is sworn in Court in form of law and hath given pledges for payment of Debts & Legacies namely the Witnesses of the Will Probatum est Wm. Clucas (Transcribers Note: John Kneen husband of Margaret Kneen acknowledges on her behalf that she has received the money covered by the mortgage on the house of Wm. Joughin of Ramsey in June 1799.)
