                Castletown
   This is affirmed to be the Last Will and Testament
   of Catharine Lawson widow of John Lawson of the parish
   of Malew who departed this life the 13th of May
   1797 and published this to be her Last Will and
   Testament in presence of witnesses this day the 14th
   day of May aforesd
First She committed her Soul to Almighty God
   and her body to christian burial at the
   Descrsion of any Execrs who is herinafter
   mentioned.
Secondly She left and bequeathed to Ann Moore
   daughter of James Moore of Malew and
   Ann Blackburn his sisters daugher all
   her ordinar apparil linens and wolen
   equally between them.
Thirdly She nominated constituted authorised
   and appointed William Clague and
   Elizabeth his wife whole and sole Execrs
   and Legatees of all her worley goods
   movable and immovable be they what
   kind or denomination soever they be
   or in whose hands custody or possesion
   soever they are or may be had found or
   discovered or in whose hand they may
   hereafter they may be found or discovered
   hereby revoking all former will or wills
   by her heretofor made and debarring all
   cravers craving or to claim any or the
   least right or title of in and into her
   goods chattles and effects or any or
   the least of them with sixpence legacy and published
   this to be her last will and Testament
   beofre us the day and date before
   mentioned and desired us to beare
   witness of the ...th and testamony
   hereof. As witness thereof we have
   .... unto set our mames this 15th day
   of May 1797

The Excor is sworn in Court in form of Law
and hath given plrdges for paymt of debts and
