Bride At a Court holden in the parish of KK Bride 17th Novr 1797 Dorothy Caistyl als Christian of the parish of KK Bride having departed this life on or about the 17th day of Febry last past Intestate and this Court having received intelligence thereof hath Decreed her four children namely William Esther Christian and Mary coadministrators of all her goods credits chattels and effects moveable and immoveable whatever. Said William Esther Mary along with John Kelly husband of Christian are thereupon sworn well and truly to administer the estate of their intestate & to pay all the just debts of the said intestateand to be true and just to each otherso far forth as her goods and effects will extend and the law shall bind them and to be true and just the one to the other in the division of the residue and to these ends they have pledges in form of law namely Daniel Joughin and John Caistyl both of the parish of Bride. Decretum est Wm Clucas.
