At an Eccl Court holden in the court house in the parish of KK Patrick on
the 17th day of Feb 1797.
John Crebbin of the parish of KK Santan having departed this life on or
about the 23d day of the month of January last past intestate and this court
having received intelligence thereof hath decreed his next of kin namely the
Rev Wm Crebbin his brother and Isable Crebbin now Lewney
his sister and Margaret Cottier als Fannan daughter of Margaret Fannan als
Crebbin a deceased sister of the said intestate admors of all and singular
his goods, rights, credits, chattels, and effects movable and immovable
whatever whereupon John Clucas Junr of the said parish of KK Santan in
virtue of power vested in him by the said William Crebbin is in behalf of
the said William Crebbin and Thos Cottier husband of the said Margaret
Cottier is in his own right sworn well and truly to  administer
the state of the intestate to pay all his just debts so far forth as his
goods  and effects will extend and the law bind them and to be just the
one to the other as also to their said co-admors Isabel Lewney (who is
absent from court) in the division of the residue of the said estate and
to these ends they have given pledges in form of law namely Thomas
Quine of Kynnah in the parish of KK German and John Crebbin  Parish
Clerk of the parish of KK Santan.       Decretum est  Ev Christian
