60       Andreas
The last will and testament of THOMAS BREW of Cronk-beg in the parish 
of Andreas made on the 19th day of May 1794, being of perfect mind and 
memory at the making thereof.  
First, he committed his soul to God, and body to Christian burial.  
Item, he left to his DAUGHTER CHRISTIAN KNEEN ALIAS BREW a guinea.  
Item, he left a crown to his DAUGHTER MARGARET RADCLIFF ALIAS BREW.  
Item, he left to his DAUGHTER ESTHER KNEAL ALIAS BREW a guinea and a half.  
Item, he left to his said DAUGHTER ESTHER'S THREE CHILDREN half a guinea each.  
Item, he left to his SON THOMAS BREW JUNIOR an English shilling.  
Item, he left a clothes-coat and vest to his BROTHER RICHARD BREW.  
Item, he left an English shilling each to whomsoever would sue or 
claim for any right to his goods contrary to the purport of this Will.  
Lastly, he nominated and appointed his DAUGHTER JONEY WADE ALIAS BREW (
THE WIFE OF JOHN BREW) sole Executrix of all the rest of his goods 
moveable and unmoveable whatsoever.  
To the witnesses of this will he left an English shilling each.  
Witnesses: Wm Tear's X, Wm Quirk's X, jurati.            

AT A CHAPTER COURT holden at Lezayre 20th Jun 1798: 
The Executrix is sworn in Court in form of Law and hath 
given pledges for the payment of debts and legacies 
namely the witnesses of this will.  Probatum est. Thos Cubbon
