   The last will & testament of Bahee Lawson
   alias Sayle of the parish of KK Andreas. She made and
   Declared this to be her last Will upon the 7th day of August
   1799 being in a sound mind & perfect memory at
   the declaring thereof.
   
First She left & bequeathed to John Lawson her son's son
   a Table and Chair and all the stones that is about
   the houses only the stones that is under the bees hives
   he is not to have them Item she left a bees stock to sd
   John Lawson.
   
Item She left to Ann Lawson her son's daughter a little
   wheel and ten shillings which is to be paid to her when
   she will set out in life at sixteen years of age
                the Children of her daughter Joney
Item She left to Joney her daughter's Children ten shillings each
   to as much of them as will be alive
                the children of her daughter
Item She left to ^Isabel her daughter's Children ten shillings
   each to them that will be alive
                         alias Cleator
Item She left to Jane Lawson ^ a quilt and blanket that quilt
   which is now on said James' bed

Lastly She nominated ordained & appointed her daughter
   Alice Kneale & her two sons John Kneale & Danl
   Kneale whole & sole Exrs of all the rest of her goods and
   Effects moveable and immoveable of whatsoever & six
   pence to any person that will sue to break her will
   And she left two shillings Brittish to the witnesses

             At a Court holden at KK Michael on
             the 14th day of September, 1799
   Alice Kneale one of the Excrs in the beforegoing Will
   named having appeared in Court she is thereupon
   sworn in form of Law as also to be true and just to her
   absent coexecutors in the division of the Residurum
   of the Estate of the Testator and hath given pledges for
   the payment of debts and Legacies namely John
   Kneale and Mary Kneen both of KK Andreas
               Probatum est

To the Revd John Crellin Vicar General etc etc
   the Humble petition of Alice Kneale, John
   Kneale & Daniel Kneale of the parish of
   KK Andreas
Sheweth that Bahee Lawson of the sd parish
   lately departed this life and among other
   things named in her last will & testament
   she nominated & appointed your
   petrs sole Execrs (jointly) of all her
   goods & effect whatever that the sd
   effects are now in a perishing condition
   for want of proper care being taken of
   them which has caused your petrs to
   apply to Reverance for relief in the
   premises
               Therefore humbly pray=
               ing that your Reverences
               may be graciously
               please to take this matter 
               into your most tender considera=
               =tion & grant a speedy hearing of the
               same & after a demonstration of the
               same that your petrs may be sworn
               as Execrs of the last will & testament
               of the sd Bahee Lawson or such
               other relief in the nature of the case
               as to your Reverances pleasure
               shall seem meet & your petrs as
               bound in duty shall pray etc.

Ordered that the Matter of this petition do
come on to be heard at a court to be holden
at Kk Michael Saturday the 14th Septr
... whereof all proper parties and persons
to have due notice.
