Margaret Skillicorn, 1799

At a Chapter Court holden at Douglas on the 29th day of October 1799

Margaret Skillicorn of the Parish of KK Lonan having departed this Life on
or about the eighteenth day of July last past Intestate And this Court
having received Intelligence thereof hath Decreed her two Children namely
Thos and Margt Sole Administrators of all and singular her Goods, Rights,
Credits, Chattels and Effects movable and immovable whatever, who being
both under age, Thomas Skillicorn their Father is thereupon sworn their
Guardian and Supervisor and also in Trust for them well and truly to
administer the Estate of the said Intestate, to pay all her just Debts so
far forth as her goods and Effects will extend and the Law bind him and to
return a true and perfect Inventory of the said Estate to the registry of
this Court   to these Ends he hath given Pledges in form of Law namely
William Kermode and John Killip both of the Parish of KK Lonan aforesaid
