The humble petition of William Cain and Margt Clark of the town of Peel.
Sheweth that Your petitioneršs father Patrick Clark died on the 4th day
of July last past leaving your petitioners whole executrixes of his last
will and testament and as there are a court past since we were ignorant and
did not understand the law, and as there are some outstanding debts
necessary to be called in to pay and discharge their said fathers funeral
charges and legacies.  Your petitioners therefore humbly prays that your
Reverence may be graciously pleased to appoint a speedy day of the probate
of their said fathers will with your authority to summon the witnesses and
all proper persons and your petitioners as in duty bound shall for your
Reverences health and happiness ever pray.
Ordered that the before going petition do come on to be heard at an Eccl
Court to be holden in the said parish on Friday next whereof all proper
parties and persons to have due notice.
