In the name of God Amen.
I Patrick Clucas of Peeltown being sick and weak in body but of perfect mind
and memory thanks be to my God for the same and calling to mind the
uncertainty of human life do make this my last will and testament in manner
and form following.
First I commit my soul to Almighty God and my body to Christian burial.
Item:  I leave and bequeath unto my brother James Clucas the sum of twenty
shillings.
Item:  I leave and bequeath unto my cousin John Clucas son of William Clucas
of Ballalaugh of the KK German my moiety or one half of my
dwelling house and back yard the said situated in Peeltown to be his
right and property the said to be possessed and enjoyed by him after my
wifes decease.
Item:  I leave and bequeath unto my loving wife Ann Clucas als Crellin my
half of my house and back yard during her life time and lastly I
constitute and nominate and appoint my wife to be whole and sole executrix
of all the rest of my goods and effects of what nature of kind soever they
be to be her right and property and I do exclude and debarr
all other person or persons with six pence legacy who shall sue to the
contrary hereof as witness my subscription or mark this 14th day of August
1801.
