The last Will and Testament of Philip Kinley of the parish of KK Lonon who
departed this life the 27 of Novr 1801 and alltho' being sick and weak in
body was of perfect memory and sound understanding at the making hereof
First he committed his soul to God and his body to Christian burial
In the next place he nominated constituted and appointed his grand daughter
Jane Casement whole and sold Executrix of all his Goods, Chattles, and
effects to be possessed by her as her own real right and property,
excluding and debarring any person or persons that would sue to the
contrary hereby with six pence legacy.

At a Chapter Court holden at Douglas June 22d 1802 The Exorx is Sworn in
Court in form of Law & hath given Pledges to the payment of Debts &
Legacies namely the Witnesses of the Will
