This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Ann Kewley als Cretney
of the parish of KK German who departed this life on or about
7th of July 1803 being of perfect mind memory and understanding at the
making hereof.
First she committed her soul to Almighty God and her body to Christian
burial.
Item she left and bequeathed unto her daughter Catherine a plad gown, a
black peticoat and two caps.
Item she left and bequeathed unto her daughter Easter her best gown, best
peticoat.
Item she left and bequeathed unto her daughter Ann a black peticoat, her
worst cotton bedgown, and two caps.
Item she left and bequeathed unto her daughter Christian a blue peticoat
a bedgown cotten and two caps.
Item she left and bequeathed unto her daughter Margaret a peticoat a gown
and two caps.
Item she left and bequeathed unto her daughter Easter a piece of linen that
was in the house for caps and all the rest of her wearing apparel
both linnen and woollen and also a sheep and a lamb.
And lastly she nominated and constituted and appointed her loving
husband John Kewley whole and sole executor of all the rest of her goods and
effects by they of what denomination soever excluding and debarring all
person or persons claiming any right to my goods and effects with six pence
legacy who should sue to the contrary hereof.

Notwithstanding this will is proved but by one witness yet as no
objection has been offered thereto the executor is sworn in court in
form of law and hath given pledges for the payment of debts and legacies
namely Silvester Cottier the witnesses and Wm Kelly
