Know all Men by these presents that I Robert Kneal of Mullaghaur in the
parish of Lonnan by and with the concurrence of Catharine Kneale als
Skillecorn my wife for and in consideration of the love Esteem good will
and affection which we have to & do bear Towards our loving and most
dutiful Son Robert Kneal of the aforesd parish Have Given Granted confirmed
and Settled and by these presents Do give grant confirm and Settle upon him
our Said Son his Heirs Executors and ministrators and assigns a certain
parcel of Intack lands Distinguished by the name of Mullaghaur bounded by
the Gill called the Glan Emaad (?) On the East To the Turf rod (& John
Callister's rent on the south ­To the Gill called na - ?onny on the west
and so upwards to the Commons as far as our rent extends. The premises
Situate in the Said parish of Kk Lonnan and of such annexed chief Rent as
the Setting Quest shall adjust thereon which said granted & settled
premises our Said son Robert Kneale is to have immediate possession of one
moiety thereof and the other half or moiety of the Same at the decease of
the longest liver of either of us the Said Robert Kneale and Catharine my
wife 


and as concerning the indulgence respect and affection we bear Towards our
Said Son that he has carefully Supplyed us with the necessaries of Life in
our declining years who are no[w?] worn with age Do upon that account give
Grant and Settle a Quarter of the new water Corn Miln with the materials
lands thereto belonging one half thereof in present possession and the
other half at the decease of the longest liver of either of us the Said
Robert Kneale & Catharine my wife the premises situate in the [sd?] parish
and bearing the annual chief rent usually accustomed which Said Miln being
called Egneashes Miln   A[nd?] we have further agreed upon and do con[sent]
and Settle upon him our Said Son ­ Robert Kneale all our Effects Household
Stuff and implements one half thereof to be Invested forthwith and the
other [half?] at the deceased of the last liver of either the Sd Robt
Kneale and Catherine my [wife] reserving for our own use & disposal a[...]
[.....\] whether alive or dead as well moveable as things immoveable both
real & personal in whose hands custody or possession Soever thy be or
wheresoever the Same or any of them or any part of them can or may be now
or hereafter be found remaining or being in our tenement or elsewhere with
the appurtenances unto the said premises belonging or appertaining Together
with all ways & waters Easements properties rights Titles and members to
the sd granted & Settled premisses belonging


From us the Said Robert Kneale and Catharine my wife And our Respective
Heirs Executors administrators and assigns To have and To hold unto him our
Sd son robt Kneale [..?..] his Heirs Executors administrators & assigns all
and Singular the premises before granted and Settled from henceforth
forever and his Reversion & Reversions Remainder & Remainders and all the
Settled Premises rights Title Interest ­ property use Trust Claim and
demand of us the sd robt Kneale and Catharine my wife and our respective
Heirs Exrs admrs and assigns of in and unto [..?..] the hereby Settled
premises and every part and parcel thereof yielding and paying the Chief
rent such as Shall be allotted thereon with all...
