Maughold This is affirm'd to be the Last Will and Testament of John Creer of [Kingneabb] in the Parish of Kirk Maughold. Being of Perfect Mind and memory at the making them off He commended his Soul to God and his Body to a Christian Burial I leave and bequeath to my three Daughters, namely Anne Mary & Isobell the sum of twenty pounds ?????? The same Remains in the hands of my Son William. And for further bequest to my daughter Mary the one half of the cow called [Thionebane]. And the one half of the Heffer sheep the said end did yield. I further leave to my Daughter Mary the Largest of the Iron poll Ovens and my Churn with my own Bed Quilt made by her Own hands Together with the new breast I likewise bequeath to my Two Daughters Anne and Isobell the Brown Cow Called Donnag Equally betw- een them. And he left to the said Isobell the small poll Oven Also left to Anne his Iron pott He also Left and bequeathed to his Daughter Anne all his Share of the Second [Cret] and my Small Cribbed also my pelt Lamb and big Spinning Wheel He Left and Bequeathed to his son Edward the [Alare] and the Calf, a small Brown Bullock and all my Sheep also all my Clothes, my Glass and my bed and my Saddle I Likewise leave and bequeath to my said son Edward Three planks of wood that is in the Barn one of which is oak and the other Two Firr and the Ash Tree that is in the Barn. I Leave and bequeath to my son William the Plow and the Farrows and One Guinea. The Same Remains in the hands of Daniel Joughin And he shall furnish my Body when Dead with all things Necessary to the Grave. I Leave and bequeath to my Three Daughters, Anne, Mary and Isobell the Chairs and B????? And all the Rest of the Furniture. And sixpence to Every ???? with one Shilling apiece for the witnesses. Lastly I Nominate Constitute Ordain and appoint my Two Daughters Anne and Mary Execrs of all the Rest of my Goods and Effects of what Kind and Denomination Soever in Witness Whereof I do Cause my name to be left with my Mark to my name this the 11th of June 1804 Witnesses John Creer his mark X William Kinread | Jur Daniel Corlett | At a Chapter Court holden at Lezayre Oct 16 1804 The Executrices are Sworn in Court in form of Law & also to be ????????? the one to the other in the division of the Effects and have given pledges for the payment of Debts and Legacies namely the Witnesses of the Will Probatum est EV Christian John Crellin
