	Ep. Wills		Lonan
	This is affirmed to be the last Will and Testament 
	of John Kermott of KK Lonnon which he declared 
	in our presence and hearing calling upon us as 
	witnesses thereto on or about the 12th of May 
	1806 being of sound mind and memory at the same time  
First 	He committed his Soul to God and Body to Christian Burial 
Item 	To his Son John he willed and bequeathed fourteen 
	pounds as Legacy with his choice of two 
	shee lambs or  yearlings -------------- 
Item 	To his son Thos he willed Ten pounds and all his 
	Apparell in equal shares between his said 
	two sons John and Thos as a Legacy  
Item 	To his daughters Margaret and Elizabeth he willed 
	and bequeathed one guinea apiece as a Legacy  
Item 	To all claimants he left two shillings and sixpence as Legacies
	Lastly 	he nominated constituted and appointed his
	wife Margaret Kermott alias Fargher whole 
	and sole Residuary Legatee of this his last Will 
	and Testament and this before us

The Extr is sworn in Court in Form of Law  and also 
Guardian & Supervisor of the children under age 
and hath given pledges for the payment of Debts and
