In the name of God Amen.
I Anne Clucas the widow and relict of Richd Clucas at Kioneshleau Mooar
in the parish of KK Patrick late deceased; being weak in body but of
sound mind and memory and understanding and being desirous to make a
disposition of and to settle my worldly affairs do make this my last will
and testament in manner and form following:
First I commit my soul to Almighty God and my body to a Christian
burial.
Item I will devise and bequeath unto my son Wm Clucas a legacy of five
shillings British.
Item:  I will devise and bequeath to my son Hugh Clucas a legacy of five
shillings British.
Item:  I will and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Quirk als Clucas a
legacy of five shillings British.
Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my loving daughter Catherine Clucas
sole executrix of this my last will and testament and of all and singular my
goods and effects be they of what kind so ever.
Excluding and debarring all and every other person or persons that may claim
a further right with a crown legacy.

thereto this 26 Jan 1808.

At An Eccl Court holden in the parish of KK Patrick on the 29th day of
February 1808.
John Clucas the husband of the executrix before named as sworn
executrix in court in form of law and hath given pledges for the payment of
debts and legacies namely John Clucas the witness and William Quine
of KK German.
