              At a Chapter Court holden in St. John’s
               Chapel   14 October 1808 – 

Alice Karran als Quirk of KK Patrick having
departed this Life on or about the 11th of August
last past Intestate, & the Court having received 
Intelligence thereof hath decreed her Six Chil =
= dren, Thomas, Henry, Ann, Margaret, Isabel
and Alice Co – Administators of all, her Goods
Rights Credits Chattles & Effects whatever
moveable & unmoveable, Thomas, Ann, Margt.
Isabel and Alice being absent from Court
Henry aforesd. is thereupon sworn well and
truly to administer the Estate of the Intestate to
pay all her just debts so far forth as the Goods
will extend and the Law bind him, and to
be true and just to his Co – Administrators in
the division of the residue of the …… Estate
and to these Ends he hath given Pledges in
form of Law namely Patrick Hutchen and
John Quilliam both of KK Patrick __
