                   At a Chapter Court holden in the Parish of
                    Lezayre on the 28th day of June 1808 – 

Daniel Christian of the Parish of KK Bride
having departed this Life about the month of
May last past Intestate and this Court having
received Intelligence thereof hath decreed his
five Children namely Charles, Patrick, Margt.
                   Christian
Jane and Catharine ^  Co – Administrators of all
his Goods Rights Credits Chattles and Effects mov =
= able and immoveable whatever, and the said
Charles, Patrick, Margt. Jane and Catharine
Christian are sworn duly to Administer the
Estate of the Intestate to pay all his just debts &
Legacies so far forth as the goods will extend &
the Law bind them and to be true & just the one
to the other in the division of the residue of the
Estate and to these ends they have given Pledges
in form of Law namely Wm. Christian Junr. of
Ballayonnaag & Thos. Radcliffe both of KK Bride
