95        Maughold
In the name of God Amen.
The last will and testament of Simon Callow of the parish of K Maughold
being weak in body but of a sound and well disposing mind and memory at the
making of the same.
Imp:  He committed his soul to God and his body to Christian burial.
Item:  He bequeathed to his grandson Thomas Callow a quarter of the
least or youngest of his hieffers.
Item:  He bequeathed to each of his children namely William, John, Catharine
and Judy half a crown, and six pence each to all claimers.
Lastly He nominated constituted and appointed his daughters Isabella and
Jane whole and sole executors jointly of the residue of all his worldly
affects of what kind or denomination whatsoever.
As witness our names or marks to the same this March 9th 1810. Patrick

At a Chapter Court holden at Lezayre 29 May 1810.
The exors are sworn in court in form of law and also to be true and just the
one to the other in the division of effects, and have given pledges for the
payment of debts and legacies namely the witnesses of the will.
