 EPISCOPAL WILL # E-2

			Conchan

This is affirmed to be the Last Will and
Testament of Mary Cowley alias Cowin [alias]
Fayle of Concon Deceased which she Declared
unto our Calling [as no? one?] Witness on Tuesday 25th
of September 25th 1810 being of sound mind
& memory at the making thereof.  Viz

First, she committed her soul to God & her Body
to Christian Burial

Item. She Willed & Bequeathed to her three
sons Thomas Cowin, James & Daniel Castle
Two shillings & six pence to each of them as
Legacy.

Item.  She Nominated & Appointed her Husband
Thomas Cowley & her Daughter Margaret
Cowley Executors, jointly of this her last
Will & Testament cutting of all Claimants
with sixpence Legacy and this we subscribe
as Witnesses this 9th of Oct'r 1810.

Witnesses present
Margaret Cowen her mark		}
Catharine Corlet her mark	}  Jur.

		At a Chapter Court holden
		at Douglas 30th Oct'r 1810

Notwithstanding this will is witnessed
but by one witness yet as there is no objection
offered the Exors are sworn in Court in form
	and also to be true & just the one to the other in the disposition of
of Law & have given pledges for the payment

of Onchan & John Quine of the sd parish.
