At a Chapter Court holden at St John's Chapel 14 Jun 1811. Alice Cannon als Creetch of KK Braddan having departed this life on or about the 29th day of May last past intestate, and the court having received intelligence thereof hath decreed her six children namely William , Jane, Mary, Margaret, Alice, and Ann Cannon co- administrators of all and singular her goods rights credits chattels and effects moveable and immoveable whatever. John Cain husband of Alice being asbsent from court, William aforesd with William Hogg husband of Jane, William Kelly husband of Mary, Samuel Waterson husband of Margaret, Robert Christian husband of Ann are sworn well and truly to administer the estate of the intestate to pay all her just debts so far forth as the goods will extend and the law bind them and to be just the one to the other and to their absent co administrator in the division of the residue of the said estate and to these ends they have given pledges in form of law namely Charles Fayle of Onchan and Philip Shimmin of Kk Patrick.
