This is affirmed to be the Last Will and Testament of Marjery Kelly als Kaneen als Kelly Being of perfect mind and 
memory at the making thereof.  
She bequeathed her Soul to god and her Body to Christian burial.  
She left and bequeathed unto her son Mitchel Kanneen the sum of ten pounds, Which Sd Sum is to be possed after his 
death by those that mentains & keeps him during during his last sickness as Legacy.  
She left and Bequeathed to her daughter Joney Kanneen the sum of ten pounds which is to be possed after her death by 
those who mentains and keep her in her last sickness as Legacy.  
She left and Bequeathed to her son Thomas Kanneen the sum of three pounds as Legacy.  
She left and bequeathed to her daughter Margery the sum of twenty shillings and als a feather bed as Legacy.  
She left and Bequeathed to her son Daniel the Money Remains in his own hands as Legacy.  
She left and bequeathed to her son Stephen the sum of two shillings and six pence Legacy.  
She left and bequeathed to her son John the sum of two shillings and six pence as Legacy.  
She left to the Witnesses of this will one shilling each.

And Lastly she Nominated appointed and ordained her Daughter Bridget whole and sole Executrix of all the rest of her 
goods Movable and unmovable of what kind or Denomination soever.

The Exerx is sworn in court in form of law & hath given pledges for the 
payment of debts and legacies namely the witnesses of the will.

Whereas Marjory Kaneen did by her last will & Testament bequeath unto Marjery Quirk als Kanneen her daughter the sum of twenty shillings and also a feather bed, We John Quirk & Marjery his wife, do hereby acknowledge to have recd the said sum of Twenty shillings & the feather bed aforesaid at by & from the hands of Bridget Kanneen the Executrix of Margery Kanneen the testatrix decd, and do hereby acquit release exonerate & discharge the said Bridget Kanneen the Executix of Marjery Kenneen aforesaid her administrative & assigns of all & every part of said Legacy of Twenty Shillings & feather bed –
