The Last Will and Testament of Anne Sayle of Kk German who departed this life on the twenty day of 
July Last or thereabouts. And being sick and weak in body but in perfect mind and memory etc 
The wherein hereof made this her last Will and testament in manner and form following:

First She commited her soul to Almighty God and her body to Christian Burial

2ndly She left and bequeathed to her daughter Ann Sayle a new fether bed and bed cloth thereunto 
belonging as usually on the bed with the fethers in the House and the fether of the geese that comes in 
the yard and one Guinea and her best wheel

3rdly She left and bequeathed to her daughter Chatrine Sayle a fether bed that was last made in
the house with the bed cloth thereunto belonging and a guinea legacy.

4thly She left and bequeathed to her daughter Elizabeth Sayle the sum of ten pounds and a Chist

5thly She left and bequeathed to her son Thomas Sayle the sum of seven pounds

6thly She left and bequeathed to her daughter Mary Sayle the sum of fifteen pounds

7thly She left and bequeathed to her son Charles Sayle a 2 year old  Heifer, a shirt of fine linin which 
was in the house

8thly She left and bequeathed two quilted petticoats one to Marg Crellin wife and her own sister 
Margaret Callin one each of them and her best mantle to her said sister Margaret Callin

9thly And lastly she nominated and appointed her loving husband Ahab Sayle whole and sole 
Executor of all the rest of her effects Chattels and Credits of what denomination so ever and this she 
declared to be her will in presence of the following witnesses present and one shilling each to the 
witnesses.

She also left to her son Wm Crellin half a crown legacy

The Testator further declared that she left half a crown legacy to all cravers who should claim any 
further right into her effects      Witnesses present

At a Chapter court holden at Mullin y Ohlei the 8th Nov. 1811.

The Executor is sworn in court in form of Law and also as guardian and supervisor of the children 
under age and hath given pledges for the payment of Debts and legacies namely 
John Quirk and Thomas Quirk of Patrick
