The humble petn
of Robert Quine
of Balla Harry
in the parish of
KK Marown

Sheweth
That William Quilliam
of the do parish departed this life
some considerable time ago having
previously made and published his
last will and testament in writing
and thereof nominated and appointed
his wife Jane Quilliam otherwise
Quine your petns daughter executrix
and Residuary Legatee
That the sd testator left
and bequeathed in the sd will
to his daughter Elizabeth Quilliam
the sum of twelve pounds
as by the sd will duly proved
and Registered may appear
That the sd Jane Quilliam
otherwise Quine widow of the sd
Wm Quilliam decd has lately
intermarried with William Mon
Crellin an Irishman
That the sd Elizabeth
Quilliam being an infant of
tender years now in the 4th year
of her age it becomes necessary
that she should be assigned
Guardians in the Spiritual
Court to secure and protect
her interest in the sd decds estate
as aforesaid
Therefore yr petr pray
a hearing of this petition
and that your Reverence
may be pleased to
appoint yr Petr and
Thomas Quilliam of the
parish (uncle of the 
sd Elizabeth) or some other
proper person or persons
Guardian or Guardians
over the sd Elizabeth
Quilliam and your
petr will pray

Court to be holden at Balla ------
in the parish of Marown on Friday
