In the name of God Amen
The last will and testament of Ann Creer
of the parish of Malew
In the first place she committed her soul to God
and her body to a decent burial
In the next place she left to her father 
Robert Creer all her wearing apparel her
bed & stead and two Band Boxes to
pay the expenses of her funeral, and the corr????
in to return to her sister Isabella Creer
Lastly she nominated and constituted her
loving father Robt Creer whole and sole
Executor of all the rest of her effects of
whatever denomination they might be
excluding any claimants with one Si?? 
Crown Legacy. and this in the presence of
the subscribing witnesses. Witness their names this 3 April 1912

To the Revd Mr Stephen Vicar Genrl
The humble petition of Robert Creer of
the parish of Malew

Herewith
That your Petr's daughter a little time
ago departed this life leaving your petr
sole and whole executor of all her worldly 
goods and effects, that your Petr altho' 
being a poor man did (as in duty bound)
cause her to be decently interred. That the 
deceased Ann Creer was possessed of very
little besides her wearing apparel which
lies scattered in different places where she 
had been at different times at service,
That your Petr not being capable of
defraying the funeral expenses himself
without disposing of the effects belonging
to the deceased, your Petr is constrained
to apply to your Reverence
Most earnestly praying that
your Reverence would appoint
a certain speedy day of swearing
him Exr of the aforesd Ann
Creer that he may be thereby
entitled to collect her effects
which may be disposed off to
pay off all demands attending
her illness and interment
And your Petr shall we pray

Stephen's Authority I have charged Bridson 
Creer of Santan at Deft to Appear before
your reverence at a Court to be holden in
KK Marown on Friday next by ten o'clock
in the forenoon to answ the suit of Robt. 
Creer this I aver the 11th day of March 1812

Ballagary in the parish of Marown

of Malew, and this I aver the 9th day of March 1812
