	In the Name of God Amen
I Philip Quilliam of the Parish of Kirk Patrick
being of Sound mind and memory and understanding
do make this my Last Will and Testament in the
manner following Viz
Impri-----
He committed his soul to God and Body to 
Christian Burial
He left and Bequeathed to his Eldest son John a
Piece of Cloth for a Coat and the Sum of Half a Crown
He Left and Bequeathed to his son Willm
if he arriveth home the sum of Half a Crown
He also Left and bequeathed to his daughter Isabel
-la a Guinea besides his Clothes and his Shirts
	He also Left and Bequeathed to his Daughter
Elinor the Sum of Half a Crown
	He also Left to his Loveing Wife Catherine
Quilliam als Allin the sum of Half a Crown also
Lastly He Nominated constituted and Appointed
Christian Burns als Quilliam the Wife of John Burns
of the aford parish sole and whole Executrix of all his
Goods moveable and Immoveable be they of what kind
or nature whatever Excluding and Debarring all
and every Person or Persons with sixpence each Legacy
In testimony hereof we have hereunto Subscribed or
added our Marks to Our Names this the 2nd day of May
One Thousand Eight Hund and Twelve 1812
