53         Bride

In the Name of God Amen
The Last Will and Testament of William Joughin 
of the parish of KK Bride being weak in body 
and ????? to mind the uncertainties of life 
but of perfect sound mind & memory do dispose 
& order that my Effects be bequeathed in Manner following.
First I do commit my Soul to Almighty God my 
creator and my Body to be buried in a Christian 
decent way of Burial.
Item I leave and Bequeath to my Beloved wife 
the Bed, Bedstock and Bedding which we lay on 
as a Legacy.
I do leave and Bequeath to my Daughter Marget 
the Sum of Five Pounds British as legacy
I do leave and Bequeath to my Grand son Wm. 
Joughin the Sum of Three pounds British as Legacy.
I do leave and Bequeath to my Grand daughter 
Ann Joughin the sum of Three pounds British as Legacy.
And Lastly I Nominate Constitute and appoint my 
son Wm. Joughin whole and sole Executor of all 
the rest of my Goods and Effects moveable and immoveable.

given pledges for the payment of Debts and Legacies 
namely the witnesses of the Will.
