Alice Kewley of the parish of KK Lonan wife of Charles Kewley of sd parish
being of a sound disposing mind and memory and considering the uncertainty
of this life do make and ordain this my last will and Testament in manner
and form following that is to say first I commit my soul to God and my body
to Christian burial
Secondly I leave to my six Daughters namely Ellenor, Mary, Jane, Catherine,
Isable and Margaret all my worldly Goods, Chattels and Effects moveable and
immoveable of what nature so ever
Thirdly I leave six pence Legacy to any person or persons who will claim a
right to any of her goods and lastly I appoint my Husband Charles Kewley
whole Executor of all the rest of my goods of what nature so ever

Notwithstanding this will is proved but by one witness, yet as no objection
has been offered the Executor is sworn in court in form of law & hath given
Pledges for the payment of Debts & Legacies namely James Kewley one of the
witnesses & Thos Quayle both of Lonan
