May 24th 1813   In the name of God Amen

The Last Will and Testament. In the name of God Amen.      

I Philip Kewley of Andreas after considering the frailty of this mortal life but
 of sound mind memory and understanding though weak in body Do make ordain this 
 my Last Will and Testament in form and manner following.

First I commend my soul to God and my Body to Christian Burial.

I leave devise and bequeath unto Ann Kewley and Jane my daughters all my goods, 
money and cattle all and singular to themselves both my Executors.  And I doe 
leave my wearing and Sunday clothing to Philip Kewley my son. And I doe leave 
allso Two shilling and six pence for my daughter Peggy Kewley also Lenaghen and 
I doe allso leave 1 shilling each to the Witnesses.
