The last will and Testament of Mark Gawn in the parish of KK
Andreas made and declared on the 10th day of August 1814 he being
Of perfect mind memory at the making thereof
First he committed his soul to God and Body to Christian burial.
Item He left to his daughter Ann Gawn a chest that was in his father’s house.
Item He left to his daughter Jane Gawn twenty shillings as Legacy
Item he left to his son Thomas Gawn Twenty shillings as Legacy.
	Lastly he nominated and appointed his wife Jane Gawn alias
	Radcliffe sole Executrix of all the rest of his goods and effects
	Of what nature or denomination so ever.

The exec is sworn in court in form
Of Law and Hath given pledges for the 
Payments of debts and legacies
