The last will and testament Mary Tear alias Radcliffe of the Ballabane in
the parish of KK Andreas made and declared on the 18th day of January 1815
she being of perfect mind and memory at the making hereof.
First she committed her soul to God and body to Christian burial.
Item:  She left to her son Charles Tear her part of a piece of land called
Close Roneal the same being intack land.
Item she left to her son William Tear three pounds as legacy.
Item She left to all the rest of her children one crown each as legacy She
left one shilling each to any person or persons who may claim any right to
or in this my last will testament.
Lastly she nominated and appointed her son Charles Tear whole executor of
all the rest of her goods and effects of what nature or denomination soever.

At a Chapter Court holden in Ramsey 18th June 1815
Notwithstanding that this will has been proved but by one witness and no
objection having been offered thereto the executor is sworn in court in form
and hath given pledges for the payment of debts and legacies namely the
witness and Wm Lace of Andreas
